Candidate Experience & Process
Step 1: Candidate Intake
Scheduled voice or Zoom meetings with HRUCKUS team to discuss your experience as well as your career aspirations. Detail all requirements of submission process as well as candidate journey.
Step 2: Portfolio Development – Formatted Resume, Skills Matrix, Detailed Synopsis and Certification Preparation
HRUCKUS will review and help format your resume to best posture you for hiring manager review. We will also populate a skills matrix showing how your experience align with the job opening. Any required certifications will be collected for presentation and to ensure still active. Finally, the recruiter will develop summary of your experience, credentials, and expectations that far exceeds the power of a simple one page resume.
Step 3: Client Submission
HRUCKUS will present your Portfolio to our clients through a secure portal where only they will have access. Clients can comment with HRUCKUS in real-time to provide notes, questions, and or next steps. HRUCKUS will also hold recurring checkpoints with Clients to achieve the fastest path to Yes or No.
Step 4: Interview Preparation and Scheduling
Upon selection for an interview, HRUCKUS will provide detailed instructions, calendar invites, and reminders for all appointments. We’ll also summarize the exact amount of interviews, whom you’ll be meeting with, and the nature of the meetings. Client feedback will be provided as it is received to keep you in the real time loop.
Step 5: Closing the Loop
For Candidate and Client where it’s a mutual fit, HRUCKUS will guide the handover from our recruiter to the Client onboarding team. We will relay any benefits packages, offer letters, etc. for your review. In the event it’s not a match, HRUCKUS has 100% close out to notify Candidates and any feedback we have regarding their application.
